This site is a tribute to Apple, who was born in Nong Khai, Thailand on October 31, 1983. She is much loved and will always be remembered.
For the fundraising element of this page, we recognise that many people donated to Apple's previous fundraiser for St Luke's Basildon, raising an amazing £3015, a figure she was blown away with !!!
The purpose of offering another opportunity to donate is for those that have since contacted, indicating that they missed the previous one and wished to contribute in Apple's name.

Remembering Apple everyday but especially today as we mark 100 days from her passing, significant in Buddhism and Thai culture with regards to the end of mourning and spiritually, the onward journey of the soul. Reflecting today of happy times of which there were many. Travel was always a love of ours and whilst feeling sometimes like we were not doing enough, on reflection, we enjoyed many great trips. One that stands out was a trip of a lifetime to NY & Canada to visit Dwight, Leeang, Teegan & Ty. Such great and generous hosts and lifelong friends, Leeang even journeyed to the UK for Apple's funeral and wake. This donation is in your names ... xxx
